It is important to retain information regarding each specimen. Data labels are printed in sheets for cutting out and attaching to the pin underneath each specimen. They are printed in very small letters to your own design showing, for example, the locality, county, date and name. Alternatively general labels can be printed with just the year and name leaving spaces for the locality.
